The Festival - Saturday, September 9th

Licensed patios, bbq delights, artists, vendors, buskers, and bargains along Parliament Street in Old Cabbagetown. (Noon to 11:00 pm)
8:15am	Blair's Run Carlton and Parliament 8:15am Registration and breakfast. 9:15 am Run starts. 2K mini-marathon in support of the Cabbagetown Youth Centre. Start the festival with a jog around Cabbagetown before the parade. Prizes awarded to all category winners. $10 entry fee, includes breakfast and a t-shirt (for the first 200 runners). 10:00am - Noon	The Grand Parade Parliament and Carlton Streets New this year – the York Lions Steel Band, the Toronto Signals marching drum band and the Queen’s Own Rifles regimental brass band. Also featuring the ever-popular ROTC, the Top Hat Marching Orchestra, the Sandhill Pipers and the Church Street Pipe Band.
