The Children’s Book Bank is a national charitable organization designed to support literacy among children aged 2 to 12. Books are collected through individual donations, community drives and school drives. When children visit the Book Bank, they are encouraged to take home a book that becomes their own, free of charge. Although a child is limited to one book a day, there are no limits on the number of books that can be taken over repeated visits.
